• Your full name
• The email you used to register for the course
• A clear photo of your practice pad (at least one set of brows completed)

If you’d like to purchase a hard copy certificate to be shipped to you, please specify that in the email and provide us with your full mailing address. It is $10 for the hard copy version of the certificate.
